WHAT WE DO
★ SPECIALTY
Exercise physiology — movement, prescribed properly.
We deliver exercise physiology under registration group 0126 through Accredited Exercise Physiologists accredited by Exercise & Sports Science Australia. An AEP is a university-trained allied health clinician who prescribes exercise the way a GP prescribes medication — assessment first, then a structured program against a specific functional goal, then months of adjustment and written review.
What makes it work here is that it is not a standalone appointment. The support workers already in the participant's week know what the program says. Our co-founder Dennis Pili-Gaitau built the business on the belief that the body is part of the plan rather than separate from it, and this is what that looks like in practice.

What we don't do
We would rather tell you this up front than take a referral we cannot do properly.
We are not a specialist behaviour support provider. We do not write functional behaviour assessments or behaviour support plans, and we are not registered to use regulated restrictive practices. Where a participant already has a behaviour support plan written by an NDIS behaviour support practitioner, our workers can be trained in it and support it consistently — but the plan itself needs a provider registered for specialist positive behaviour support, and we will help you find one.
We do not provide support coordination. If you need a coordinator, we can point you to good ones.
And if what you need sits outside what we are registered for, we will say so on the first call rather than the third.
Found the one that fits? Let's make it real.
Refer a participant, ask a question, or pick up the phone — whichever feels right from here.
