MULTICULTURAL, FAMILY-LED
A real family, with real names, behind every plan we support.
ContractCare is led by Chloe and Dennis Pili-Gaitau — a husband-and-wife team who built CCSS because aged care and disability support were too often missing the basics. After 10+ years in aged care, Chloe kept seeing the same gap: not enough care, attention, or compassion making it through to the person in front of her. So she started a provider that put those things first.
Dennis brings 20 years in health and wellness, accredited strength and conditioning, and a career in professional rugby into the clinical side of the business — leading our Exercise Physiology service on a simple belief that the body is part of the plan, not separate from it.
Being family-led isn't a tagline. Our team comes from many cultural backgrounds, and so do the families we support — so we match support workers, sit with families, and build cultural safety in rather than bolt it on. If you're a coordinator or a family looking for a provider that listens first, start with our services or send a referral.
"Movement is medicine."
— Dennis Pili-Gaitau, Founder & Director
WHAT WE DO
Ten registered supports built around real days.
The codes are here because referrers and plan managers look for them. If you’re a participant or a family member, ignore them and read the line underneath — that’s what we actually do.
In-home support
0107 + 0104 • Daily personal activities
Personal care in your own home from a small matched team - culturally responsive and respectful of how you live.
Participants needing daily personal care, and families who want to know who is coming.
Nursing and complex care
0114 + 0104 · Community nursing + high intensity
Community nursing and high-intensity personal care from a matched provider, with registered nurses who explain everything and train the family alongside the workers.
Participants with complex health needs, and hospital discharge teams planning a safe handover.
Supported independent living
0138 · Supported independent living
Supported independent living from a family-led team, support available when you need it, in a house that feels like a house rather than a facility.
Participants who need support available at all times, and coordinators building or moving a SIL arrangement.
Short-term accommodation and respite
0115 · Daily life tasks in a group or shared living
Short-term accommodation and respite, plus medium-term respite accommodation when housing falls through, with support workers who know the participant before they arrive.
Family carers who need reliable cover, and participants between housing arrangements.
Community access
0125 · Participate community
The pool, the library, the church group, the cousin’s birthday, with a worker who knows you and does not need the story explained again.
Participants who want consistent company for outings, social groups or recreation.
Group programs
0136 · Group and centre-based activities
Small group programs where the point is the other people in the room, structure in the week, company that lasts, and staff who stay put.
Participants who want structure and company in their week, and families needing regular daytime support.
Building skills and independence
0117 · Development of daily living and life skills
Cooking, money, transport, appointments, difficult conversations, taught in your own home with your own kit, and reviewed so you can see it working.
Participants working toward more independence, and coordinators who want a program that actually progresses.
Exercise physiology
0126 · Exercise physiology and personal training
Exercise physiology delivered by Accredited Exercise Physiologists, built around a real functional goal and joined up with the rest of your support team.
Participants rebuilding physical capacity after injury or illness or holding ground against a progressive condition.
Transport
0108 · Travel and transport arrangements
Door-to-door transport, usually with the worker who is already in your week, not a different stranger every appointment.
Participants getting to appointments, work or activities who want continuity rather than a rideshare.
Household help
0120 · Household tasks
House cleaning, laundry and yard maintenance for participants whose plan funds household tasks, either alongside personal care or on its own.
Participants whose plan funds household tasks, whether alongside personal care or on its own.
